Community-based experiential learning is one of the important aspects of field trips. The schools ensure field trips as part of their learning and the center for the community to collaborate with students to work through complex community-based issues. It is the learning method that provides opportunities for students to interact with various communities.

The learning program includes providing of services, connecting interactions with course materials and classroom discussions.
